# Credentials Didn’t Work

Your **Aqua Console** password is different from your **Aqua Dashboard** password.

Use one of these options:

1. Check your console account setup email.
2. Use **Forgot Password** on the console login page.

Make sure you already have a console account.

An **Aqua Dashboard** account does **not** automatically create access to **Aqua Console** or **Aqua V-Panel**.
